Many images portray Independence Hall, City Hall, Logan Square, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, children with flags, and drum majors. Contains views of parades at 69th and Marshall streets celebrating the opening of the new road and views of Delaware Avenue during the Port of Philadelphia parade.
