"Written about the end of the winter 1793-4" and distributed in Philadelphia. Additional copies being applied for, "when there were none left ... a few copies more, with notes ... [were] struck off." - Note preceding caption title.
Evans suggested Charles Cist of Philadelphia as printer. He located no copy of the original impression (or printing?) but entered it as no. 26683.
