Dillwyn Parrish diary
Dillwyn Parrish was the son of Joseph and Susanna M. Parrish. He was apprenticed to a druggist and later graduated from the College of Pharmacy, Philadelphia. He was a Quaker and an active philanthropist. His diary, 1833-36, describes daily life, including social visits.
