It includes land warrants as issued by the province, petitions for road building, drafts, indentures, agreements, showing the land holdings and the names of pioneer settlers; a volume A Book containing the Records of the Surveys made by John and George Churchman, circa 1744-1777. There are also records of the Quaker Monthly meetings held at East Nottingham, and other places, 1743-1805.
