Summary: Advertisement for Aunt Jemima's Buckwheat Pancake Flour from the February 8, 1941 issue of Collier's.  The advertisement is divided into four horizontal sections.  The first section features an African American woman in kitchen whites and head scarf telling a caucasion woman "Listen honey!  Now's de time fo' Aunt Jemima's Old Time Buckwheat Breakfast."  The second section features a comic of a family eating pancakes.  The third section is a color image of pancakes.  The African American woman returns in the four section saying, "Here 'tis!  My temptilatin' Old-Time Buckwheat menu!".  The copy stresses the ease and economy of making Aunt Jemima pancakes.
