The pages in this docket book are numbered in ink, and later in pencil (by repository).  Some of the numbers (mostly blank pages) are scribbled out.  Pages numbered through 162 are written from the front of the book.  Pages 214-163 were originally written from near the back of the book (upside-down and backward), and have been re-oriented and re-ordered to read correctly.  Page numbering is upside-down in the bottom corners on these pages, and they are also designated in their file names by a "B" suffix.  The pages beginning with 215 were again written moving from the front of the book and required no re-orientation or re-ordering.  Pages 221-222 are missing in the original manuscript.
