Therefore, he signed up for a 6-week Painting Foundations course at the Philly Arts Center in Queen Village. His first two attempts at still-life, catalogued here, leave something to be desired. Some crueler critics may define them as "amateurish art not fit for the family fridge," but Lee sees progress. His subsequent paintings have all improved and someday he'll be famous. In the meantime, HSP is blessed to have these early oeuvres, while the getting is still good. | ||
