It served its primarily African American congregation out of a hall on 11th Street. The church then moved to 8th Street below Girard and finally to a permanent home at 10th and Wallace Street. Shirley A. Page was a member of the church and chaired its history/centennial committee. This collection is primarily comprised of papers, clippings, interviews on tape, events on VHS tapes, church bulletins, notes and background information o the church's past and present pastors, photographs, and other items, including a copy of the church's charter, she collected around the time of the church's centennial in the late 1880s and early 1990s. There is also a copy of Scribe Video's "Precious Places" community history project on DVD (Volume 7, 2015), along with accompanying documentation, that features a piece done on St. Paul's and its E. Luther Cunningham Community Center called "Victory Voices: Visions Anew."
