The property was surveyed and divided by Robert Brooke in 1814 for Cadwalader. In 1824 Joseph Siddel compiled the surveys and deeds for the property and drew these plans. He completed another version in 1827. The plans show individual lots on the estate with the names of individual property owners or renters. The collection contains two survey maps that have been encapsulated and placed in a large flat file.
