Summary: A letter from P. E. Thomas to his cousin, John Parrish.  This letter follows up on items from his letter of 1804-01-01, and also discusses the buisness of signing up subscribers in order to fund the publication of the Espistles from the London Yearly Meeting [of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain].  Philip E. Thomas (1776-1861) was a prominent Quaker in Baltimore, Maryland.  He was also the President of the corporation that founded the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.  John Parrish (1729-1807) was a Quaker minister, abolitionist and author of "Remarks on the Slavery of the Black People."
