Holdings: The Chairman begs to report to the General Committee and through it to the subscribers to the Fund and to the public: 1. That on the cabled assurance sent some weeks ago by the Chairman and Secretary that the Fund would be guaranteed by them to reach the minimum ($15,000) required to open a P̀hiladelphia Ward' of 40 beds, and sustain it for six months, such ward was opened on February 15th.
