Speech of David Paul Brown, in the case of Hinchman vs. Ritchie [i.e. Richie?], et. al. : delivered on the sixth of April (Good Friday,) 1849

Plaintiff (Morgan Hinchman) charged the defendants (Richie, et al.) with malicious conspiracy to confine him in the Friends' Asylum for the Insane (Frankford, Philadelphia, Pa.) to deprive him of his property.
