Interior scenes depict the elevator, jail cells and other features. Exterior images include views of bird feeding at Reyburn Plaza, the electric welcome sign advertising municipal activities, political campaign posters, national guard maneuvers, the Christmas tree, nearby statues, vendors in the courtyard, the delivery of bottled water, homeless sleeping and courtship at the "dating deck." Also illustrates rationing efforts during the war years.
